This Privacy Policy applies to the SchoolParivaar mobile application and related services operated by Napps.in ("Service Provider", "we", "us").

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Please read it carefully.

The Application may collect and process the following categories of information when you use school management features:

• Account information (name, email, phone, role, school affiliation)
• Student and staff records entered by authorized school users (admission data, attendance, fees, exams, documents, photos)
• Device and usage data necessary to operate the Application (app version, device type, crash logs)
• Content you upload (photos, signatures, documents such as Aadhaar, messages, notices)

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain school management services for participating schools
• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access
• Process admissions, fees, attendance, examinations, and communications
• Improve reliability, security, and performance of the Application
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations

Where personal data relates to students, parents, or staff, the participating school is generally responsible for ensuring a lawful basis for processing. The Service Provider processes such data on the school's instructions to deliver the service.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers required to run the service
• Integrated services you or your school enable (for example WhatsApp messaging APIs)
• Authorities when required by applicable law

The Application may use third-party services that collect information according to their own policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Schools may request deletion or export subject to applicable law and contractual terms.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your device and login credentials.

The Application may process student data on behalf of schools. Schools must obtain appropriate consent from parents or guardians where required by law before submitting student information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at azam@napps.in to exercise these rights.

Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
